Ms. Ulrich practices in the areas of corporate law, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and real estate transactions.  Ms. Ulrich has experience in drafting various corporate documents and real estate transactions.  She has also drafted numerous pleadings and briefs related to litigation within the Idaho state court system, Idaho federal district court, bankruptcy court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ulrich attended the University of Idaho where she earned her J.D magna cum laude.  While a law student, Ms. Ulrich studied International Human Rights in India, interned with the United States Air Force in the Judge Advocate General division, and worked in the University of Idaho Legal Aid Clinic on immigration matters, providing her with a broad range of legal experience from which to draw.
