Ms. Ulrich practices in the areas of employment and labor law, commercial litigation and real estate litigation. She has experience representing both employers and employees, and has litigated employment-related civil rights claims, as well as non-compete contracts and other employment-related matters. She has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Idaho Human Rights Commission, the Idaho Department of Labor, and the Idaho Industrial Commission. Ms. Ulrich also has experience litigating in the area of commercial and real estate contracts, and has extensive experience within both the Idaho state court system and the federal court system.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ulrich attended the University of Idaho where she earned her J.D magna cum laude. While a law student, Ms. Ulrich studied International Human Rights in India, interned with the United States Air Force in the Judge Advocate General division, and worked in the University of Idaho Legal Aid Clinic on immigration matters, providing her with a broad range of legal experience from which to draw.
