Daniel Dansie is an associate whose practice focuses on civil litigation. He has represented clients at all levels of Idaho’s judicial system, from the Magistrate Division to the Supreme Court. He has litigated contract disputes, land use issues, landlord tenant conflicts, personal injury claims, crop loss cases, and water rights disputes. He represents developers, contractors, businesses, farmers, public housing authorities, and individuals.
Prior to joining Holden Kidwell Hahn & Crapo, Daniel worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Salt Lake City and for the City Attorney of Park City, Utah. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in a wide range of civil and criminal matters.
Daniel and his family live in Ammon. They spend their free time exploring Idaho’s wilderness.
