Mr. Decker focus his practice primarily on: real estate and business contracts; and in litigation of real estate disputes, bankruptcy disputes, and probate and estate litigation. Mr. Decker has been involved in litigation of a wide variety of matters including personal injury; product liability; antitrust; civil RICO; receivership and foreclosure of commercial properties; surety reclamation and salvage; bankruptcy adversary proceedings; bankruptcy creditor’s claim litigation; Chapter 11 debtor’s counsel; construction contract disputes; will contests; nursing home receivership and bankruptcy; evictions and collections.
With the economic downturn Mr. Decker has seen a sharp upturn in bankruptcy litigation, mortgage foreclosure and other lien disputes but still spends a significant portion of his time with transactional work.
