Mr. Decker focuses his practice primarily on real estate and business transactions and litigation related to real estate and business transactions, bankruptcy disputes, and probate and estate litigation.  Mr. Decker has been involved in litigation of a wide variety of matters including personal injury, product liability, antitrust, civil RICO, receivership and foreclosure of commercial properties, surety reclamation and salvage, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, bankruptcy creditor’s claim litigation, Chapter 11 debtor’s counsel, construction contract disputes, will contests, nursing home receivership and bankruptcy, evictions, and collections.
