Ryan B. Meikle was born and raised in Idaho Falls and joined Holden, Kidwell, Hahn & Crapo P.L.L.C. in 2009 after working four years for a nationally recognized law firm in the Midwest. Mr. Meikle practices primarily in two areas - estate planning and business law.
Mr. Meikle's estate planning practice utilizes wills, trusts, insurance trusts, gift programs, and other appropriate instruments to help clients meet their goals for disposing of their assets. Mr. Meikle also helps clients minimize their federal estate tax burden as part of their estate plan.
As part of his corporate practice, Mr. Meikle has represented public and private companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and general corporate matters. Mr. Meikle received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and received his M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. While in law school, Mr. Meikle served as a member and a director of the National Moot Court and received honors for Best Oral Advocate. His M.B.A. course work focused on venture capital, start-up companies, and entrepreneurship. Mr. Meikle currently serves on the Student Chapters Committee of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and is a volunteer youth leader for the Boy Scouts of America.
