Donald L. Harris

Mr. Harris received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1973 and then went on to receive his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University in 1976.  Mr. Harris began his career in Boise, working as a deputy attorney general for the State of Idaho and then was appointed an assistant United States attorney for the District of Idaho.  In 1983, Mr. Harris joined Holden, Kidwell, Hahn & Crapo, P.L.L.C.  In addition to his career as a successful litigator, Mr. Harris served as a member of the Magistrate’s Commission for the Seventh Judicial District, the Vice President of the Idaho Federal Bar, the chair of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau for Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming, and helped lead the Litigation Section of the Idaho State Bar for over a decade.  In 2004, Mr. Harris received the Outstanding Service Award from the Idaho State Bar, and he received the Federal Bar Exemplary Service Award in 2011.
