Mr. Decker focus his practice primarily on: real estate related contracts and entitlement; and in litigation including: business and real estate litigation, such as receivership and mortgage foreclosure, boundary disputes, quiet title, title insurance coverage, and landlord and tenant disputes; creditor claims in bankruptcy; will contests, and other probate and estate litigation.  Mr. Decker has also represented clients involved in litigation of a wide variety of other matters including: personal injury; product liability; antitrust; civil RICO; receivership and foreclosure of commercial properties; surety reclamation and salvage; bankruptcy adversary proceedings; bankruptcy creditor’s claim litigation; Chapter 11 debtor’s counsel; construction contract disputes; will contests; nursing home receivership and bankruptcy; evictions and collections.
