Robert E. Farnam has practiced with Holden, Kidwell, Hahn & Crapo, P.L.L.C. in Idaho Falls for 46 years.  He has enjoyed representing multiple generations of clients through their probate, estate planning and other legal needs.  Rob has served on the Executive Program Planning Committee of the Idaho State Tax Institute for approximately 45 years, and has been a speaker many times at the Tax Institute and other professional seminars throughout the State of Idaho.  He initiated and has coordinated the “It’s the Law” newspaper column in Idaho Falls for 37 years and is former president of the Seventh Judicial District Bar Association.

    • Rob is very active in musical circles in Idaho Falls, having served as President of the Idaho Falls Opera Theatre at various times for a total of approximately 20 years, including the present, and on its board since its formation in 1978.  He has also served as a board member of the Anam Cara concert choir since its formation in 1999.  He has performed 48 leading operatic roles with the Idaho Falls Opera Theatre as well as being a soloist with the Idaho Falls Symphony and other musical groups in Eastern Idaho and a member of various choirs.  He is actively involved with Trinity Methodist Church in Idaho Falls.  Rob is an avid golfer, fortunate to have two "holes in one."  He coached youth baseball, soccer, and basketball year round for ten years when his children were young.  He is married and has three grown children.
